Free examinations for women aged 21 to 65 at the Dr. Alexandros Traianos Center for Reproductive Medicine & Fetal Medicine<\/strong><\/p>\n

Prevention saves lives \u2013 and in the case of cervical cancer, early diagnosis through organized screening can make all the difference.<\/p>\n

The Center for Reproductive Medicine & Embryology Dr. Alexandros Traianos<\/strong> participates in the state program "Spyros Doxiadis"<\/strong>, offering free PAP TEST and HPV-DNA TEST exams<\/strong> to all eligible women, with the aim of promoting women's health.<\/p>\n

Which women can participate?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

All women of all ages are eligible. 21 to 65 years old<\/strong>, insured or uninsured, as long as they have AMKA<\/strong> and:<\/p>\n

  • They haven't done it. PAP TEST<\/strong> the last ones 3 years<\/strong> (for ages 21-29)<\/li>\n
  • They haven't done it. PAP TEST<\/strong> the last ones 3 years<\/strong> or HPV DNA TEST<\/strong> the last ones 5 years<\/strong> (for ages 30-65)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What exams are provided through the program?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    For women 21-29 years old:<\/h4>\n

    • Gynecological examination<\/li>\n
    • PAP TEST sampling and analysis<\/li>\n
    • Colposcopy and biopsy (if a finding is identified)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      For women 30-65 years old:<\/h4>\n

      • Gynecological examination<\/li>\n
      • HPV-DNA TEST sampling and analysis<\/li>\n

        What is the participation process?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        Step 1: Receipt of referral<\/strong><\/h4>\n

        All women who have activated the intangible prescription<\/strong>, they will receive SMS or email<\/strong> with referrals for free exams.
